Yes. Our PTM cranes have been successfully deployed in 660KA potrooms — among the highest current density electrolytic cells in the industry. These cranes handle continuous high-temperature exposure up to 1000°C for baking applications, resist strong magnetic field interference that would disrupt standard electronics, and operate in high-dust, HF (hydrogen fluoride) fume, and corrosive acid mist conditions. Core components use magnetism-proof, corrosion-resistant, high-temperature-resistant materials.

Every crane in this product category is a fully custom-designed piece of equipment. There are no standard specifications. Capacity (5t to 80t+), span (10m to 34.5m+), lifting height (6m to 20m+), work duty class (A5–A8), control mode (cabin, remote, or fully automated), and spreader/gripper configuration are all engineered to your specific process requirements, workshop layout, and local power supply.

Yuntian overhead cranes support operating modes ranging from cabin operation and remote control (wireless) to fully automatic. Automated models handle gripping, placing, destacking, and loading without operator intervention within designated zones, automatically adapting stacking heights and positions. Automation features include intelligent positioning with laser and/or encoder alignment for high accuracy (±2 mm), real-time load weighing (0.5% accuracy), adaptive calculation of stacking height, fault self-diagnosis, and remote monitoring between the crane and central control room. The control system is based on PLC + VFD + HMI architecture, with PLC options including AB ControlLogix 5000 or Siemens S7-1500 series.

Yuntian overhead cranes are designed, manufactured, and tested in compliance with international standards including FEM, DIN, IEC, AWS, and GB. They are certified by major classification societies and inspection bodies — CE, CCS, ABS, BV, and ISO 9001. Each crane undergoes factory load testing prior to delivery, and full certification documentation is provided with every shipment.
