They operate under A7–A8 work duty in extreme conditions (high temperature, strong magnetic fields, corrosive acid mist) that standard cranes cannot withstand.

Yes. Every multi-function overhead crane is a custom-engineered machine. Capacity, span, lifting height, work duty, automation level, and spreader configuration are all designed to match the specific process requirements, workshop dimensions, and local power supply of each client's facility.

What environments can multi-function cranes operate in?

These cranes are engineered for harsh metallurgical environments — continuous high temperatures (up to 1000°C in baking applications), strong magnetic fields in aluminium potrooms, heavy dust, hydrogen fluoride fumes, and corrosive acid mist. All components are selected and coated specifically for the operating environment.

Standard safety includes dual redundant braking, overload protection, emergency stop, and thermal protection on all motors.
