PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The Anode Carbon Stacking Overhead Crane is a specialized material handling solution purpose-built for carbon plants, aluminum smelters, and anode manufacturing facilities. Operating within anode storage warehouses, this crane is engineered to handle green anode blocks, baked anode blocks, and rodded anode assemblies throughout the production and storage workflow. The crane system features a double-girder bridge structure with a main trolley equipped with a high-capacity mechanical or pneumatic clamping device, capable of simultaneously gripping, lifting, transporting, and precisely stacking up to 21 anode carbon blocks per cycle — achieving stack heights of up to 8 or 9 layers to maximize warehouse density. The clamping configuration is typically 5 rows × 4 columns (20 blocks) for horizontally aligned blocks, adapts to block dimensions up to 830 × 770 × 750 mm (L × W × H), and handles single block weights of up to 1,100 kg in temperatures up to 180°C. A separate auxiliary electric hoist is mounted on the main beam for single-block handling, waste block removal, and qualified block insertion tasks. Intelligent automation features include semi-automatic and fully automatic operation, laser and/or encoder-based precision positioning, real-time load weighing, automated stacking height calculation, and clamp leakage detection — all managed through a PLC + VFD + HMI control system. The crane integrates seamlessly into automated warehouse management, delivering high reliability, exceptional gripping precision, and continuous heavy-duty operation in high-temperature, high-dust environments.
