The Multi-Functional Baking Overhead Crane is a specialized bridge crane designed for high-temperature baking processes in carbon anode manufacturing. It integrates a vacuum material conveying system, dust removal and cooling system, and anode carbon block clamping device into a single unit, making it the dedicated operating equipment for anode baking furnace process lines.The crane features high-temperature resistant steel structure with ceramic fiber insulation protection, capable of continuous operation in environments exceeding 800°C. It is equipped with dual-PLC redundant control system and adaptive hydraulic gripping modules, enabling precise positioning of baked materials such as anode blocks. The unique anti-sway system effectively suppresses load swings caused by airflow disturbances, achieving positioning accuracy of ±2 mm.

FEATURES

Loading (Furnace Charging) Loads unbaked anode carbon blocks (green blocks) from the marshalling station into the baking furnace pit using the anode clamp.

Filling Fills granular coke from the material hopper into the gaps between the furnace wall and the anode blocks, and covers the top to ensure a stable baking environment.

Material Suction Uses the suction pipe of the pneumatic conveying equipment to extract high-temperature filling material from the furnace pit into the storage bin, where the material is cooled and dust is separated for recovery.

Unloading (Furnace Discharging) Removes the baked anode blocks (baked blocks) from the baking furnace using the anode clamp and transfers them to the conveyor belt or designated area.

Other Auxiliary Lifting Operations An auxiliary suction pipe mounted on the trolley cleans flues and removes dust. A 10t electric hoist on the bridge handles burners, blower pipes, thermocouple racks, flue gas racks, and performs furnace maintenance.
