Integrated PLC + VFD intelligent control — PLC acts as the central control unit managing hoist, trolley, and bridge motions, while VFD drives enable stepless speed regulation for smooth acceleration and deceleration, eliminating jerky starts and stops that cause load sway and mechanical wear.

Automated multi-point positioning — Equipped with laser ranging, absolute encoders, and/or vision-based recognition systems, the crane achieves high-precision positioning across multiple target points, enabling unattended automatic material pickup, transport, and placement along pre-programmed routes.

Anti-sway and stability control — Intelligent algorithms and closed-loop vector control continuously detect and counteract load swing during acceleration, deceleration, and positioning, ensuring stable load handling and protecting both the payload and surrounding equipment.

Three-mode operation with manual priority — Supports manual control, semi-automated control, and fully automated control modes that are freely switchable. Manual priority is always retained in any automated mode, ensuring operator override capability for safety-critical situations.

Real-time remote monitoring and diagnostics — IoT-enabled sensors continuously track load weight, motor temperature, VFD status, relay activation, and operational cycles. Data is transmitted to a central control platform for remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, predictive maintenance, and operational analytics.
